Após cozido, temperar e bater (batí com um mix). O que posso fazer se isso faz parte da "bagunça", do dia a dia da vida gente, certo? Hoje com um juízo a menos (também porque eu deveria estar de repouso) o que me resta é ler Julie Powell e usar o sino das minhas calopsitas (quando vem chegando o Natal a mãe coloca esse sino pros meus birds tentarem destruir e eles adoraaaam) para que ela venha até mim (ela fala, fala mas me trata que nem bebê..rs). Como não posso comer uma refeição decente (entenda por arroz, feijão, bife, batata frita e salada) acho que vou de Potage Parmentier fria (para não sangrar a boca)... inspirada no livro. Se a mãe fizer venho postar a receita. Me sinto muito bem em manter as coisas em ordem, faz bem pra minha cabeça e pra minha alma. Arrumar guarda roupas então me faz tirar vááários quilos de peso das minhas costas, mando tudo que é de ruim e velho embora. E acredito que a organização mantém nossa linha de raciocínio sempre ativa e facilita a mente a traçar metas &amp;nbsp;e planos de ataque mais eficazes, sem perder o objetivo.&lt;br /&gt;3&amp;nbsp;– Sou uma ex-futura &lt;b&gt;jornalista&lt;/b&gt; que virou estudante de &lt;b&gt;gastronomia&lt;/b&gt;. A concorrente da vez é a Lúcia Gaio Oliveira, e a receita deve ser um espetáculo. Duas observações sobre essa preparação:&lt;br /&gt;&lt;div&gt;- azeite aromárico: tá na moda e é uma delícia. Eu amo azeite. Quem não ama. O interessante é não aquecê-lo e colocá-lo apenas na finalização, assim ele continua contendo &lt;i&gt;gordura saturada&lt;/i&gt; que ajuda a manter os níveis de &lt;i&gt;colesterol bom&lt;/i&gt; e ainda continua com seu sabor único (quando levamos ao fogo ele perde suas características e até o sabor se transforma).&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;- manjericão é uma das minhas ervas preferidas, e a junção com o limão deve ficar ótima. Isto é importante : coloque o trigo e vá mexendo, de preferência batendo a massa, como se fosse um bolo.&lt;br /&gt;À medida que for acrescentando trigo, perceberá que ficará cada vez mais difícil de bater. Não desanime!&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Georgia, 'Times New Roman', serif;"&gt;&lt;span style="font-size: small;"&gt;&lt;span style="color: #666666;"&gt;You can do it!&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: Georgia, 'Times New Roman', serif;"&gt;&lt;span style="font-size: small;"&gt;&lt;span style="color: #666666;"&gt;O seu braço vai cansar, vai pensar em desistir, mas garanto: o resultado vale a pena! Pense naquele pão extra, mega, super fofinho...e as forças voltarão!&lt;br /&gt;(Pode-se sovar o pão da maneira usual, mas dessa forma, tende-se a colocar sempre mais trigo para que a massa não grude. O resultado é que o pão ficará igualmente macio, porém mais seco). Também não será necessário cansar seu braço a manhã toda fazendo isso. É fofinho, saboroso e leve. A receita original não contém o chancliche, mas como no dia em que eu fiz a receita havia chancliche na geladeira (comprei no Mercadão de SP- pasmem: R$ 2.50 a unidade, sendo que nos supermercados não levamos por menos de R$10.00) resolví experimentar. E ficou maravilhoso. O chancliche é um queijo tipo árabe, feito com ricota, azeite, zatar entre outros temperos. Farei um post somente falando dele no fim de semana.
